After joining the THA in late 2016, I've been working at here for about a year and a month.
Before that I worked as a human resources manager for Cricket Tas, and earlier as a HR & business improvement manager for Asia Pacific & other global organisations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide employment relations advice to members of the THA
- Conduct & organise business improvement activities and strategies for the organisation
WHAT I LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK:
I always put family first, but other than that I enjoy watching, participating and administrating in various sporting activities!
