Front office administration AND MEMBERSHIP SUPPORT

I have worked at the THA for a bit over 3 weeks, and before working at the THA I was a car detailer.



  • Front office reception duties, including answer phones, direct calls, take messages and greet visitors

  • General office duties, such as collect newspapers, prepare and collect mail and banking

  • Monitor and maintain kitchen, office, stationery & printer supplies

  • Manage Mail Outs

  • Communicate newspaper articles relevant to the industry

  • Membership and Corporate Partner responsibilities

  • Collate and provide communication on liquor licence applications in liaison with the Membership and Corporate Partners team

  • Prepare boardroom for meetings and catering as required

  • Manage Time Sheet and Crowd Control book orders and payments

  • Process credit card payments in liaison with Finance Officer

  • Manage e-communication pieces ie: Small Bytes and member bulletins in liaison with Marketing and Events Co-ordinator

  • Assist Marketing and Events Co-ordinator

  • Any other duties appropriate to skill level as directed by the CEO or Office Manager


What I like to do outside of work:

Outside of work I love spending time with my partner, friends & family, going to the movies, shopping, listening to music or staying at home watching my favourite TV shows.
