Josef Chromy Raises The Bar with New Rose

Another month has passed, but not before Josef Chromy wines announced their newly available 2017 Rose. James Halliday - Australia’s foremost authority on wine - gave the new release a 92/100 score. According to Halliday’s wine scoring system, the new rose is “highly recommended”.

Bright and fresh with juicy red berries, wild strawberry, cranberry and crunchy citrus fruits combine to give a refreshing and crisp palate with a balanced and long finish.

The announcement comes at the end of a busy month for Josef Chromy, having purchased two valuable oil paintings, and planting a tree to mark Czechoslovakian independence, all while preparing for the upcoming Summer Moon Country Music Festival set to be held at the winery on the 15th of December.
